Property fire

Fire Control mobilised the on-call crew at Yeovil to a report of a fire alarm activating at a property in the Southway Drive area of Yeovil.

Upon crews arrival, the got to work investigating the cause of the alarm and a smell of smoke in the property. After investigating, crew discovered a small fire in the back garden consisting of smoking materials. This was successfully extinguished with buckets of water and smoke was cleared using a positive pressure ventilation fan.
