Fire control received a call from an alarm monitoring company to report alarms sounding at a property in Okehampton.
Control mobilised 1 fire appliance from Okehampton.
Crews confirmed the alarm was caused by small fire within a kitchen involving an unattended pan. Crews removed the pan from the property and placed it outside allowing it cool down whilst ensuring the rest of the property was safe. Crews confirmed this as accidental.
