Fire Control received calls reporting a caravan on fire at Croyde, near Braunton. 2 fire engines from Braunton and Barnstaple were mobilised.
Fire crews confirmed a fire involving a gas operated fridge in a trailer mounted tent. The trailer sustained approximately 20% fire damage and the remainder of the tent structure was smoke damaged. Fire crews inspected the tent to ensure it was safe. The cause of the fire is believed be accidental.
