We have 3 fire engines in attendance at a fire in Tiverton. Crews are continuing to cut away at the insulation, dampening it down and removing it to the open air.
A 2 pump relief has been mobilised for 1400 hrs.
Final details - This was a fire in a single storey building measuring 30m x 15m squared. Fire was located in the roof of the building. The fire was out on arrival and smouldering. Crews cut away insulation material and dampened down hotspots. Equipment in use:
- One hose reel jet
- One reciprocating saw
- One triple extension ladder
- Small tools
The cause is believed to be accidental.
