CRMP Strategic Review 2025
Introduction
Our five-year Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) outlines our goals and strategy for safeguarding local communities.
We will continue to target the most vulnerable and maintain the safety of our communities by effectively using our resources for emergency response, prevention, and protection activities. The document outlines the main risks and issues our communities face, along with our plans of how we intend to ensure our resources remain aligned to these risks now and for the future.
More information can be found on our Community Risk Management Plan 2022-2027 webpage.
To support this, we have produced an annual strategic review statement which enables us to reflect on the activities we have undertaken over the last 12 months, and provide an update on what we said we would do and what our focus will be for the year ahead.
We also welcome the findings from our current His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services
will focus on the areas for improvement to improve our services for our workforce and to the communities we serve. As a Service, we monitor and review the findings from the HMICFRS review through our Professional Standards Board.
