Fire control received multiple calls to a vehicle fire near to Tescos in Wells.
Control immediately mobilised 1 fire appliance from Wells.
Once in attendance, crews requested a second appliance for Breathing Apparatus. This appliance was mobilised from Glastonbury.
Crews confirmed 1 vehicle to be well alight and were using Compressed Air Foam to extinguish the fire.
Final update - Crews extinguished the fire using 1 compressed air foam jet, 1 hose reel jet and 1 breathing apparatus. This fire was believed to be deliberate and Police were informed.
