Fire Control received multiple reports stating a car fire on the highway. Crews from Okehampton were mobilised and confirmed one vehicle was well alight.
The following equipment was used to extinguish the fire:
- Two breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
Crews confirmed the vehicle was 100% damaged by fire along with two further vehicles obtaining minor fire damage.
The cause was believed to be accidental.
