Property fire

Two fire crews were sent to a report of a garage on fire, which was attached to a domestic property. On arrival, crews confirmed this fire was affecting the outside of a garage and 2 properties. The fire was extinguished using:

• 2 breathing apparatus
• 1 hose reel jet

There was smoke and fire damage to the roof of a lean-to between both properties, covering an area of approximately 3 metres x 3 metres. Crews stripped the roof of this lean-to, to check for further fire spread.

The cause of fire was accidental.
