Two fire appliances from Greenbank attended a property under construction after a neighbour saw a fire in a downstairs room. On further inspection a small fire was located on the ground floor of the property. The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet, two breathing apparatus sets, 1 safety jet and a thermal imaging camera. The cause was believed accidental.
