Fire control received calls to reports of property fire in Cheddar. Two appliances and a officer from Devon and Somerset FRS were mobilise, these appliances came from Cheddar and Wells along with two appliances from Avon FRS.
The fire involved curtains within the living room which crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 thermal imaging camera. There was 5% damage t the living room and one occupant was removed from the property prior to FRS arrival.
