Property fire

Fire Control received a call from the occupier of a property to say there was a fire in the kitchen.

1 fire engine from Glastonbury and 1 from Street were sent to the location.

On arrival, crews confirmed that there had been a fire within the kitchen of the mid terraced property, but it was out on arrival.  All persons had evacuated the premises.

Street crew were stood down from the incident as they were no longer required.  Glastonbury crews checked for any fire spread using a thermal imaging camera and gave fire safety advice to the occupiers.

There was minimal damage to the area affected.
