Fire control received a report of fire in the property. Fire crews from GreenBank and Yelverton were mobilised to the incident and upon arrival crews confirmed that smoke and flames were issuing from the kitchen on ground floor.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one safety jet, to extinguish the fire. The property was 5% damaged by fire and 100% smoke damage.
The cause was accidental.
