'Right Response' proposed changes to response to automatic fire alarms
Welcome to the pages for Right Response - our consultation about how we respond to automatic fire alarms.
We encourage you to fully read the proposals and provide clear comments about how each of the options would affect you or people you know or represent, whether you perceive that to be a positive or adverse impact.
You can tell us what you think about the options using an online survey.
The consultation will be open for 12 weeks, until midday on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
As part of our consultation, we are hosting online question and answer sessions so that we can hear your thoughts and answer any questions that you have. At each event you will hear about the reasons behind the proposed changes and the impact that automatic fire alarms have on the Service.
