4 fire appliances, 2 from Okehampton, 2 from Launceston with the Heavy Rescue Unit from Middlemoor made a joint attendance with Police and Ambulance.
There had been a serious collision between a small vehicle transporter and a tractor. Firefighters extricated one casualty who was airlifted to hospital.
Firefighters remain at the scene assisting Police with accident investigation.
