Fire Control mobilised crews from Martock and Somerton to a report of a 2 vehicle road traffic collision in Langport.
Shortly after booking in attendance, crew confirmed that 1x person was still trapped within the vehicle by the passenger door. Crew got to work stabilising the vehicle before successfully performing a door removal using hydraulic cutting equipment.
The passenger within the car was successfully rescued and was provided with first aid treatment with paramedics who were also on scene.
