Three fire engines from Ashburton, Bovey Tracey and Buckfastleigh were mobilised earlier this evening, just before 22:30hrs, following a report of a road traffic collision in the Poundsgate area.
Upon fire crews attendance, they confirmed that one vehicle had left the roadway and entered some water, with 3 persons inside the vehicle.
All persons have been rescued from the vehicle and crews will shortly be leaving the scene.
