Three fire engines were mobilised earlier following a call to Control reporting a road traffic collision. Upon arrival the Incident Commander confirmed that there was one male trapped inside the vehicle. Crews worked using rescue equipment to create space to allow Ambulance to assess the casualty, and when it was considered save crews removed him from the vehicle and passed him over to the care of Ambulance crews.
