2 fire engines from Sidmouth, 1 fire engine from Exmouth, 1 fire engine and a heavy rescue unit from Middlemoor are in attendance at a road traffic collision in Beer. Crews are at work with hydraulic equipment and a recipricating saw to release a persons medically trapped in the vehicle into the care of South west ambulance service.

Crews have successfully released the casualty from the vehicle into the hands of South west ambulance service by stabilising the vehicle and using an impact driver and small tools.
