Three fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were mobilised to a report of a fire at a hairdressers on Magdalen Road in Exeter this afternoon.
Upon their attendance, fire crews confirmed that the fire involved a first floor external window sill onto the flat roof.
Fire crews used one hose reel jet, small tools and a thermal imaging camera to expose, examine and extinguish the fire.
