Three fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were mobilised following reports of smoke coming from the vents and out of the joins on the roof of a commercial property.
Upon arrival the Incident Commander confirmed that there was a fire in the commercial warehouse, stating that the roof was not involved.
Throughout the incident crews used:
- Two breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
- One safety jet
- One thermal image camera
- One gas detector
- Drag Forks
As a result of the fire, the property suffered with 20% smoke damage. The cause is believed to be accidental.
