Flooding

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service have taken many calls for weather related flooding this evening across the areas of North Petherton, Norton Fitzwarren, Cheddon Fitzpaine, Taunton and Bridgwater. 

There have been numerous fire appliances and officers sent to a number of locations to assist residents where we can. The rain has subsided for the time being but there is believed to be some more arriving later this evening and in the early hours.
