Crews from Taunton and Wellington attended a domestic fire where the female occupant managed to self-rescue and vacate the property prior to arrival of the Fire Service. Crews used two hose reel jets and four breathing apparatus to tackle the fire. The occupant was suffering with smoke inhalation and Ambulance conveyed her to hospital. The ground floor of the property was 80% damaged by fire and the first floor was 100% damaged by smoke.
