Vehicle fire

Multiple calls were received into Fire Control around 22:10hrs to report a fire within the area of Woodland Park, Paignton. 

At first it was unknown what was on fire, however further information gathered from callers confirmed it was a vehicle fire. 

Fire appliances from Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbot were mobilised and confirmed that one vehicle on a public highway was well alight upon their arrival. 

Attending crews used two breathing apparatus, one 51mm jet, one water wall, two thermal imagine cameras, one hydrant and one environmental pack to extinguish the fire.
