Property fire

Fire Control received a call to a domestic property fire and mobilised fire engines from Bridgwater, Glastonbury and Street.

The details were confirmed as a detached bungalow measuring approximately 15 metres x 15 metres with a fire within a hallway of the property. The property was 20% damaged by fire and 95% damaged by smoke. Crews used four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, two thermal imaging cameras, small tools and a triple extension ladder. The cause of the fire was believed to be accidental.
