Two fire appliances from Ilminster and Chard along with Tauntons Heavy Rescue Vehicle attended reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a car.
On arrival no persons were trapped and fire crews were able to make the vehicles safe. 1 casualty was airlifted and 1 was taken by land ambulance to hospital.
