One fire appliance attended a chimney fire in a domestic property. Crews got to work with chimney gear and a thermal imaging camera. Crews then requested a 2nd appliance for a roof ladder, to access the chimney from the roof.
Crews put the fire out from the hearth and the roof using ladders, chimney gear and a thermal imaging camera. Duty of care was left with the occupant.
