Fire control received a couple of calls to a vehicle on fire on the A380 on the outskirts of Torquay. Control immediately mobilised 2 fire engines from Torquay.
Once in attendance, crews confirmed smoke and flames were issuing from the engine compartment of a commercial van.
Crews extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and and small tools.
