Firefighters were called to a different scene from normal when they attended a newly married couple’s reception. Darren Rossiter said: “It all happened when the crew from Bridgwater attended a chimney fire at Maunsel House in North Newton. At the time a wedding reception was being held there and after the incident was completed Lexi the bride asked us if we would have some pictures taken with her. As you can see we were happy to oblige and help make her day one to remember! ”
