Fire Control received a number of calls reporting a vehicle on fire along the A30 between the Daisymount and Pattesons Cross junctions.

Fire engines from Topsham and Ottery St Mary were quickly mobilised and soon arrived on scene. Fire crews on scene confirmed one vehicle well alight on the hardshoulder.
