Training and Development Summary
The Human Resource and Development Department covers the two functions of Training and Human Resources. The Training and Development Section is split into Training Delivery and Workforce Development and is responsible for ensuring that staff are selected and developed to be competent to undertake their roles.
In addition to this we are able to offer a number of courses to external candidates and businesses. The training section holds approved centre status and offers a number of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s). We hold the Investors in People Award (IIP), National Training Award and ISO 9001 which is an internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management.
