Constitutional Governance

  • The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority (Combination Scheme) Order 2006 (hereafter referred to as “the Order”) provides, at Part 2 paragraph 4, for the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) to be constituted as a body corporate.  It is, therefore, necessary for the Authority to have in place appropriate constitutional governance arrangements for its activities.  These constitutional governance arrangements are contained in the following documents:-
